Bat's Blood Ink
Bat's Blood Ink is a powerful magical ink used in various spells, rituals, and incantations. Despite its name, this ink does not contain real bat's blood. - 1 tsp Dragon’s Blood Resin Enhances power, protection, and adds potency to spells.
- 1 tsp Myrrh Provides protection, healing, and enhances spiritual connection.
- 1 tsp Black Walnut Hull Powder Used for banishing, protection, and strength.
- 1/2 cup Red Wine Symbolizes vitality, strength, and purification.
- 1/2 cup Distilled Water Acts as a purifier and a conductor of spiritual energy.
- 1/2 tsp Gum Arabic Acts as a binder to keep the ink smooth.
- 3 drops Clove Essential Oil Adds protection and purification.
- 2 drops Red Food Coloring optional, Enhances the ink’s red hue for aesthetic purposes.
Gather all ingredients and set up your workspace.
Combine and Heat
In a small saucepan, combine the red wine and distilled water.
Add the powdered ingredients to the liquid mixture.
Stir the mixture over low heat, allowing it to simmer gently.
While stirring, say: "With fire's warmth and water's grace, I blend these gifts from nature's space. Let this ink be charged with might, to serve my will both day and night."
Add Binding Agents
Add the gum Arabic to the mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
Add the clove essential oil and, if desired, a few drops of red food coloring for a richer hue.
As you add these, chant: "Bound and sealed, this ink shall be, a tool of magic, strong and free. With clove and resin, power flows, into this ink, my magic grows."
Cool and Strain
Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool for about 2 hours.
Once cooled, strain the ink through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a glass jar or bottle.
As you strain, say: "From the cauldron to the jar, this ink will carry power far. With pure intent and heart's true aim, my magic flows, and finds its name."
